Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods such as holidays or sales events.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us info.glowrestore@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
