Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Glow Restore products. If you're not completely happy, you can return your order within 90 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 90 days of the delivery date.
- For hygiene reasons, skincare and beauty products should be unused, unopened and in their original packaging, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Free returns
Return postage is free.  There are no restocking, processing or administration fees.

How to start a return
Email us at info.glowrestore@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with instructions and a prepaid return label. Returns sent without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo so we can arrange a replacement or refund straight away.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Sale items are eligible for refunds on the same terms.

Exchanges
To swap an item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Your legal rights
This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your right to cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery.
